Welcome to the Bésame Music website – music for events (hereinafter: the ‘Site’).
Browsing and using the site constitute agreement to the terms detailed in this document. Please read carefully.
1. General
The site serves as a branding and marketing site to present shows, musical ensembles and music services for events.
Nothing on the site constitutes a contractual commitment or a binding offer. Any engagement will be made directly with Bésame Music representatives after contact.
The company reserves the right to update the Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time, without prior notice.
2. Limited liability
The content on the site is intended for general information only. There may be errors, omissions or outdated items, and the company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information.
The company shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by use of the site or reliance on the information appearing on it.
3. Intellectual property
All copyright and intellectual property rights on the site, including texts, images, audio and video files, belong to Bésame Music or to external ensembles that granted a usage license.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or make commercial use of the site’s content without prior written consent.
4. Information collection
When you leave your details in the contact forms on the site, the following data is collected: full name, phone, email address, event location, event type, event date and free-text content at the inquirer’s discretion.
It is clarified that there is no obligation to provide sensitive personal information (such as medical information, religious or political views), and any such disclosure is at the user’s sole responsibility.
5. Use of information
The collected information is used for:
Making return contact with the inquirer and providing event quotes.
Maintaining an organized inquiry database for internal business needs.
Improving the user experience, analyzing site activity and targeted marketing.
The company may also use the information for promotional messaging (emails, WhatsApp messages, newsletter) — only subject to the user’s consent and in accordance with the Communications Law (Section 30A — the ‘Spam Law’).
6. Information storage and hosting
The site is hosted on the servers of Upress (an Israeli company).
The information is stored in a WordPress system, with integrations to Google Sheets and Zapier for inquiry management. The information may be stored outside Israel, in accordance with international standards (GDPR).
The company takes reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of the information.
7. Sharing information with third parties
The information may be transferred to freelancers and external service providers acting on behalf of the company, solely for the purpose of producing the event.
These parties are obligated to maintain confidentiality and to use the information solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The company does not transfer information to parties not directly involved in providing the services.
8. Cookies and analytics tools
The site uses Cookies and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, to analyze visitor behavior, improve the service and deliver targeted advertising.
The collected information includes technical data (IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, actions on the site) and does not directly identify the user personally.
The user may block the use of Cookies via the browser settings.
9. Data retention and deletion
The data is stored in the company’s internal database for a period not exceeding 5 years from the time of their collection, unless there is a justified legal or business need to keep them for a longer period (such as contractual disputes).
At the end of the period, the information will be deleted or kept anonymously.
A user may contact us at any time with a request to review, correct or delete their information, by contacting the email address: info@besame.co.il.
10. Payments
No online transactions are carried out on the site and no credit details are collected.
Payment for Bésame Music services is made directly with the company, through the accepted channels (bank transfer, payment apps, cash, etc.).
11. Indemnification
The user undertakes to indemnify the company for any damage, claim or expense incurred due to a breach of the terms or unlawful use of the site.
12. Jurisdiction
In any case of dispute or claim related to the use of the site, exclusive jurisdiction will be granted to the competent court in the Tel Aviv district, Israel.
